Intimate relationships affect every aspect of your life, your mental health, physical health, professional life and family life, just to name a few.  All relationships require a mutual dedication of effort and understanding to achieve lasting love. Whether it’s trying to harmonize parenting strategies, balance work with personal lives or reignite a passion that seems lost over time, everyone experiences some sort of challenge in their relationship.Past relationships, examples set by our parents and depictions in popular culture are some of our only resources for dealing with conflict—and they are often flawed. We’re simply not wired to understand each other to the extent that we can solve all of our problems alone.

Knowing where to start with processing a traumatic event and its impact on your life can be incredibly difficult. I will walk through processing the event and its lasting impact by  creating a non-judgemental environment for you to explore and move through the trauma you have experienced.

Pregnancy and parenting come with situations that bring up underlying emotions and feelings, starting from deciding you want to add a member your family. From navigating infertility to walking through any fears you might experience during pregnancy to learning to bond with your newborn, to supporting your child’s social and emotional development, to creating a healthy home environment. Understanding what's going on with your child, and understanding yourself as a parent, can be very helpful and powerful to grow the connection with your child.

Sound healing therapy is one of the top wellness trends at the moment, and for good reason! It has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body's vibration, improve mental health issues and emotional wellbeing. In sound therapy, we use singing bowls or crystal bowls to create frequencies that help the body to balance.

“Sound can help shift our energy frequency from lower to higher, removing the lower frequencies of emotions such as fear, anger, and resentment.” - Suren Shrestha, master Tibetan bowl practitioner.

Dance therapy is a type of therapy that uses movement to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. Movements become a way for people to express their conscious and unconscious emotions. The body and the mind are interconnected, so we take dance to a therapeutic level. We use movement of the body to create changes in the mind.

You may have heard about psychosomatic illnesses, which are illnesses where a person’s physical symptoms are caused by the psychological problems they are experiencing.

Constant stress and emotional pain weaken the immune system. A weak immune system puts you under the risk of all kinds of health problems. Dance therapy is an amazing way to release emotional baggage and repressed emotions that will eventually lead to physical issues. Some people do dance motivations and ecstatic dances as a form of dance therapy to get rid of negative energy.
